Looking fairly similar to the Henderson in the previous picture this is a Belgium made FN.
The FN's were around long before the Henderson's were even dreamt of.
493cc, in-line 4 cyls.
In 1908 riden by R O Clark of England one finished 3rd in the multi cylinder class of the TT.
