Is that a six-cylinder engine? Wow, must make it pretty heavy.... what is the benefit of that?

Weighing in at 272kg, 600lbs, it was heavy.
A 1047cc Super bike when introduced in 1979. In 1981 Honda made it into a Sports Tourer. As this only lasted 5 years I think we can assume that there were not too many advantages in the in-line 6 although it did set the stage for the Honda sports machines that followed.
